This concert is definitively LDSM. Distinguished chamber musicians join with new generation artists to play the remarkable Octet which Mendelssohn wrote at only 16 years of age. The concert is a birthday celebration, not only of LDSM’s Silver Jubilee, but also the 75th anniversary of Friends of the Lake District.
